Our company works closely with XO and the pilots really seem to love their job. It is all about who you know, and the range of experience there goes from high-time CFI with a few hundred hours flying BE-55s under pt. 135 to retired 747 captains. Some guys live in the UK, others in Alaska, but most fairly close to a major airport in the lower 48. You get your frequent flier miles, hotel and car rental points, and take amazing vacations for free on your time off. Much better than trying flying standby! Good luck to anyone applying. I once saw a guy "fly" his resume into their office by stuffing in into a toy airplane. Not sure if his creativity got him anywhere.
