What do you guys use?

Personally I just say Roger when they tell me to look for traffic. If I see them then it's "Traffic in sight."
 
"Looking for traffic."
then....
"Traffic in sight."
or
"No joy," because it seems to roll off my tongue easier than "Negative contact."
 
"Tally traffic", or "Traffic in sight".

If I don't see 'em, "Roger", "Looking for Traffic"
 
I learned that saying "We got em' on TCAS or the fish finder" does absolutely nothing for them. They need to know you have the traffic in sight and will maintain visual separation. Since you fly down low a lot and especially on clear blue days when the GA traffic is dense, We get a lot of TCAS climbs and descents and we just say,"Traffic in sight, maintaining visual separation".
 
Looking for traffic / Traffic in sight. Having TCAS sure makes finding the aircraft easier, but I don't confirm knowing its location until I've visually spotted it.

I don't know much about the new ones but the older Cirri have a traffic alert system that function like TCAS... The G1000, GTX330 TXP use various displays(MFD, G400/500, MX20, X96... and so on) to show TIS information.

IIRC, TIS systems receive a broadcast from local ATC while the "TCAS" like systems(can't remember what Cirrus called it) actively receive the transponders of other aircraft. TIS works well of you're in range of an ATC facility that supports it. TCAS systems work anywhere there is an other aircraft with an active transponder in the area.
