I know H.T.M.L. (How To Meet Ladies)
The pay stubs always appear when payroll submits it to the bank, usually a day or two before we get paid. This time the paystubs didn't appear until this morning, I'm pretty sure that somebody screwed the pooch and didn't realize that Monday was a bank holiday and they didn't process payroll ontime. "But hey let's blame it on the bank so that we don't look completely incompetent!" - Even though we all know payroll can't do their job worth jack. I haven't talked to a single person that got paid today.
More and more lies and contract violations...and I'm guessing the union will just keep on taking it like a female dog too. The company and union must be in bed together because they're both equally incompetent.
Yea, I figured it was something like that.
Should be such an easy job.
1. Determine how long it takes to process payroll, include time to wrap up any loose ends that come up.
2. Determine what dates employees should receieve pay for duration of current contract.
3. Register with Google Calendar.
4. Set all pay dates in Google Calendar with reminder set for the timeframe determined in step 1.
5. Eat cheetos until reminder e-mail receieved from Google Calendar then proceed to step 6.
6. Process payroll.
7. Repeat step 5.
Sean, my consulting fees are $70,833.33/month for the next two years. I'll accept payment the first of each month starting February 1, 2012. Please set appropriate reminders in payroll's Google Calendar account.
