Yes, Sir. The Excalibur is fantastic although, I couldn't justify the extra fuel burn.

RC-135W Rivet Joint jets have all sorts of fairings for antennas and sensors in their mission as Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) gathering platforms. Hence the fairings along the side, the extended nose, etc.
