at eagle recurrent they are really focused on fatigue management. One huge thing I got out of it, was that 13 hours seems to be the magic number on a large majority of airline accidents in the last 25+ years. Fatigue increases your risk of having an accident, and the level of fatigue starts to overlap the effects of being drunk, and 13 hours seems to be the magic number to make this happen, as well as the magic number on the majority of airliner accidents in recent history. They also focus on sleep cycles, and the importance of them. I wish my friends at other airlines were being supplied with this info, its good stuff.
