I agree that many of the conspiracy theories are far fetched, but that doesn't remove our requirement to ask questions when things don't seem right. When a group like the Project for a New American Century publishes a paper in the 90s saying we need a new Pearl Harbor for the public to blindly comply with government and military requests, or when we have official investigations that skim over some details that may be important, we would not be doing our due diligence if we didn't start asking some obvious questions. These inquiries may lead to nothing, but it is our right and even our responsibility to check these theories out. If there are 100 conspiracy theories related to 9-11 and all of them turn out to be false - great, but if just 1 turns out to be true and we didn't check it out, shame on us as a nation. The public has been deceived in the past and it is up to all of us to double check everything, so we are sure we are not being deceived again.

You did bring up something I was thinking about the other day though. What will change? I guess you might be right. Hypothetically, say someone could prove that the CIA, did it on the inside with a candlestick. Then I imagine the sheeple would just go back to watching Snookie and all the other nonsense because they can't put down their i phones and other gizmos for a few seconds. I don't like being lied to. And that's why I feel the way I do about the "official" explanation. I'm insulted by the fact that they want me to accept that rubbish. Freedom doesn't come easy, you gotta work for it. That's what happened in the last 100 years or so, we got lazy and complacent. I think the difference between myself and a lot of the other people occupying this earth is, at least I know I'm a slave. I expect to be treated bad and unfairly. I expect to be oppressed politically and economically. It happens everywhere you go no matter what you're doing. I'm not just on here squaking about, "911 was an inside job" blah, blah, blah. I want those government idiots to just come out and say it, ya know, stop hiding behind lies and deceit. It's insulting, they need to buck up and just say, "yeah we did it, what you gonna do about it"? At least back in the dark ages, tyrants would send their army's in to pillage and plunder and slaughter. All the while chopping off heads and prancing them around on a stick to send the message to all the other peasants. I want the truth because I hate listening to their BORING idiotic (lies) rhetoric. I'd think of them more of men as well, not the little suit wearing scum they are, hiding behind their acropolis like pansies. It's in oligarchy, and we're not invited.

O.K. So Qutch extended a polite invitation to Darren, ATN_Pilot, and all the other debunkers to view his evidence and register an intelligent commentary on it. We got this witty response calling us all "nut-jobs" again. Can we move on now? When these lonely serial posters wander through the room to yell "fire", why can't we just ignore them? At this point I just feel sorry for them. When I visit the downtown area of most big cities there are always a few disturbed people wandering around yelling incomprehensible things including threats to nobody in particular. People don't stop what they are doing to try and reason with them. Everybody just ignores them as best they can and keeps on keepin on. Same in some classes I've taken. There's a pathetic loser, class clown in the room who thinks he's clever or funny, or is just starving for attention. Probably doesn't have many friends to talk to. If the instructor won't maintain order and throw them out of the class, we just have to try to ignore them. I propose that if the moderators cannot help us put a stop to the blanket insults and thread clogging silly page fillers here, that we just do our best to ignore the insult posters. We can repost the Commissioner videos periodically when new debunkers show up, invite them to respond intelligently, then ignore them when they don't/can't respond intelligently.
In spite of all attempts to throw cold water on it, this thread has racked up nearly 10,000 views in a few short days. Qutch posted answers to many of our questions in the words of the Commissioners, and he claims he's got more. I get the feeling that guys like inigo88, Qutch, Troy and MikeD (military moderator) and others are holding back from telling us everything they know due to the intolerant behavior here. New posters who have legitimate questions are viewing, but not commenting. Good posters pull out over the never ending insults.
If this thread is going to continue I've got more questions about how civilian aviation might be tied up in these government (ours and others) games. The Intelligence committee Senator Graham stuff Qutch linked to strongly implies that Graham found out that governments friendly with ours are involved in these ops against US aviation. I want to know if Operation Northwoods is a continuing ongoing project using civilian aviation to manipulate us, or if its something the government would never ever considering doing again. We can't ask JFK because he ended up dead after he refused the operation. The Commissioners themselves are telling us there are unanswered questions. I've got questions. How do we move this thread along to new questions and minimize the interference from lonely hearts club serial posters? We know they're not here to learn. Seriously, does anybody really think they're here to make friends?
How? Where do you guys find this stuff that none of us have seen before? The vids have relatively few web views. Are you the posters of those vids too? I found references to the Core Project and you. And how do we connect the dots between all of these historical events and declassified documents? This thing is kind of like a jig saw puzzle. Does it eventually turn into a coherent picture? Or do we just bounce from black op to black op? Maybe some of the best posters are sitting in their mother's basements. Why would I care as long as their information is solid and checks out? If they provide solid reference material for their commentary, I'm satisfied. I'm ready to move on. Is there more Northwoods?

Really? They pretend they are seeking truth but ignore facts right and left. They complain they are persecuted and called names but have no problem calling anyone who disagrees "sheeple". They use one ad hominem or red herring after another, but they want us to follow their "logic". Sorry, I have learned that there is no arguing with that level of crazy. It is their type of thinking, that their opinion carries at least if not more weight than experts in whatever field they choose to go after, that has contributed to quite a few problems in this country, and we can't really afford many more problems. The lack of critical thought in the U.S. is greatly contributing to our inability to compete on the world stage. But, like I said, let them have their fun, no one has joined this thread to be swayed by their "evidence", so, no harm, no foul. Like I said early on, the only ones being fooled are the fools.

Yes. . I believe that Northwoods type operations are still being run using civilian aviation as a platform. . And I'm willing to present evidence of where I think they are being run. . But I'd like to see the thread's environment improved. . This isn't the military section so we might need to agree to some voluntary protocols (as long as they don't conflict with JC protocols of course). . Not only do we not know each other, we don't really control what shows up on the screen. . This is cyberspace. . Lithuanian Film Festival movie reviews could start showing up under flyingbum's avatar that he didn't write. . He couldn’t stop it or even notify us. . Hambone could be outed as D.B Cooper by some mischievous post. . Links could be re-directed to other sites. . Four letter word postings could appear under Jet's name that he had nothing to do with. . So a good posting reputation could be destroyed in a flash. . I'm not saying that I expect anything like that to happen. . I don't. . But technically its possible. . We don't control the servers or backbones. . ATN_Pilot's motives aside, I'm glad that he brought it up. . We should have doubts and agree to some slightly higher standards with regard to what we post and except. .
Documenting Primary Core Claims
I don't expect anyone to take my word for it regarding important issues. . That's why I go to such efforts to document my primary and core claims. . Yes I spent a little time at the Pentagon. . It was no big deal. . But that's not the core of my story or my claim. . That's just background information. . I could post my military papers, but they could be faked, and I'm sure someone would point that out . . SeanD's post #357 claim that his mother worked for the CIA was interesting, but I don't think we need to ignore his entire post if he can't prove it. . Even if he wanted to, how could he ever provide proof that everyone would except? It is not possible or necessary. . If you want to continue this thread, and if JC will permit us to continue, instead I would propose that we make a greater attempt to provide authoritative documentation in the form of links and precise explanations of our core claims, if we are making any. . I thought inigo88 set a pretty good example. .

this is shortsighted...I have made some very close friends from here....spent birthdays, weddings and even a funeral with them. I would do anything for them and I met them here...plus it has helped me keep working but more because we like and respect each other.... just a little food for thought. I think you may confuse this place for other places...take some time and get to know us...or don't. Your gain...or loss.
