Well, I guess the first question is: How do you define being "treated well?" I ask this because in my experience, I have found that a good people many have some pretty unreasonable expectations of their employer. Its as if they don't understand why they were hired, or what the purpose of their being hired was. So, I ask you, what do you define as being "treated well?"
I would define it as at least making enough money to be able to support yourself, living on your own, in the cheapest part of the country you can commute from, much less in base. Giving a realistic aquisition of sick time, 19 hours a year doesn't cut it, that won't even cover one trip, and no discipline for calling in sick or fatigued.
