The CLT ramp has always been poorly controlled. So what you're really saying is that it's been sucking more than usual?
That's yall's problem... you think it's controlled. If you just kind of do your thing it works much better.

Successful traffic management at the line is squarely based on who is in the ramp tower. Only one person is "decent" at it (used to be two) and he works during the afternoon. Everyone else should be reassigned to the bagroom, in my opinion.
Funny enough, you don't hear us complaining about it as much as others. The reason is that PHL north ramp has set the bar in the ground. CLT is a day at the beach compared to PHLs "wiiissscccoooonnsiii...thiirrddyy twoooo...who's at spot 14???". Or Mr..."commence a left turn...and keep it on the outer until passing the top of gate 37 then transition to south on Juliet to spot 13 NORTH of golf then contact ground once you are at spot 13 north of golf..." WtF??? Did I mention this is how he speaks when there is NO traffic around. When another airplane is around he goes all out with 5min taxi instructions.
Aircraft Callin'????
That guy has a twin in CLT.....and neither one ever shuts up.
