That's sixty-five (65!) new Captains. I hope they all come out of DFW FOs.I'm love love loving this movement in my bid status.
Are you a 2008 hire?
Plus once you bid CRJ you can't ever bid again (barring displacement).
Yeah, but at this rate it will be short lived before you are back on reserve!![]()
I bid E-145 FO. Let me know the results
I am going with the 145 since the 190 doesn't exist. What goes more senior, the E190 or the E145?
E175What goes more senior, the E190 or the E145?
2006-08 hires were the guys I mostly flew my first year with. Captains for around 2 years at that point, they were still sitting reserve for the most part. Then we went to street captains and guys with less than 2 years on property were holding 175 CA. Then COVID hit wiping all the direct entry CAs and a bit off the bottom of the regular CA list. Current bid went deeper than anticipated, junior 175 CA is 08/2018 hire I think and 145 is 01/2019.What’s funny about this thread is I remember being so sure I would be a three year captain after getting hired in early 2010. The bids in 2011 had so much promise and the junior captain was plummeting away from 10 years.
Then AMR went bankrupt.
