I have an interview with Eagle coming up and I was curious about the flight director for the sim. Do they brief you on how to use it or is it pretty straightforward? Anything I could look at to get a feel for the FD?

Someone told me they'll call you the Monday after. But AE told us to expect a call on a Friday.

They'll give you a short brief on it. Very, very simply to use. Flight sim should give you some FD practice.

The sim is pretty simple. It is very responsive. Just make sure to use trim and you will be fine. The sim instructor is very helpful, and will explain everything before you start.

I had an interview on Tuesday the 29th, got the call that I passed the review board on Friday. Seems like the things are moving much quicker now, so hopefully its not long before you hear something.

They are suppose to email me the medical date within the next few days. Over the phone they said probably April 25th class.

I interviewed and was hired in 2008 and was the firsts cancelled class in 2008.

I honestly don't know. It seems that they really need pilots, so I would imagine they will be hiring for a while still.

as of march 28th I believe they were just under 200 people hired for the year. They want a little over 600 this year. yes hiring will continue.
