Eagle Interview

Nope all gouges are straight on. I recommend not even touching the trim in the sim.
One was sent home just before lunch due to paper work then after lunch one went home for the tech portion and one for the sim.
Long day but a great process. Everyone there is top notch

Have they gone back to a real sim or are they still using that FTD at centerport?

Got the email confirming class on the 14th, and doing the medical tomorrow.

When did they contact you for the medical?

**EDIT

I just saw you passed the review board on the 18th, right? That makes sense...myself and a few others on here passed it this past Friday the 25th. It makes sense you would have your medical first :) Still, I'm pretty sure those of us who have so far been confirmed for the March 14th class should expect a call for the medical tomorrow ( March 1st)

I'm way behind everyone else, but I just got the email to update my airlineapps. Hopefully I hear back for an interview soon!

How long have you been at Eagle?

Hell no I wouldn't take the ATR over the EMB. I have flown both.
ABI FTW over BYH
APU over no APU

Ive been here almost a year.
Hey when you come from never having an APU, such as instructing or small freight, to still not having an APU, than you cant really miss it. Ive sweated many Texas summers out flying freight and instructing and it just feels normal. I'm just saying the QOL at least on RSV is much better on the ATR and you will be home more. Lets just say Ive never gotten a 4 day trip since Ive been here and rarely get extended. Ill take being home with my family more than more pay but thats just me. Thats my 2 cents both have their benefits. Good luck to all either way!

Just an update: Medical confirmed for the 3rd and class definently confirmed for March 14th.

See you guys there!

Still didnt hear anything....

If I remember correctly you interviewed a week after I did. So you should hear from them no later than next week regarding the medical. You may even hear back before the end of this week. Either way, at this point you are golden. The review board was the last obstacle. The medical is a non-issue unless you have been doing some kind of drugs within the past few years. Otherwise you are good to go. If you don't make it into the 14th class then you will definently be in the next one. The important thing is that you are "in"... :)

Does anybody know when they will send us the base & equipment projections for the 14th?

No idea. I am guessing I will be on the ATR since I am fairly young, (23) but you never know what could happen. I should be getting into town around 5PM on the 13th if you want to meet up.

I heard its all ATR's for the march classes.................. ok breath... I'm KEEDING!!! They sent a letter out a few weeks before class when I went through the process that said what planes and bases would probably be available. That was pretty accurate to class day too.

Good luck and welcome aboard to all the new guys.

Passing training will be your biggest obstacle.;)

Possibly ATR or CRJ (since they have a lot of CRJ vacancies to fill). With this next larger class being projected, expect a mix of fleet and bases.

You could wind up in any equipment in nearly any base in the days ahead. According to the company... the floodgates have opened. We're about to hire in a way that makes the '07/'08 hiring wave look like nothing.

I'm 23 and got no choice in base or equip. I got the ATR in DFW for the Feb 28 class.

Looks like at age 21 i mine as well start studying the ATR now lol. Thought my days of bumping around under 10,000 in the OK/TX heat were over.

Also wondering if many of you guys called to check on your paper work? I emailed LC and she said they only review the paper work on fridays and that they would call if anything was missing. However id like to make sure stuff isn't missing before each friday?

How many are they hiring this year?
