Except that screening before getting on a flight as an airline employee is really done as the "honor" system with the minor risk of being confronted by TSA while getting on the aircraft (except that they'll probably get you AFTER you're done flying).
It irks me to no end that we "MUST" be screened, at certain airports mind you, but TSA folks and other airport workers can go through without screening. A guy who wants to get something through, and onto, an aircraft WILL.
