Yeah, I would venture to guess its got something to do with the 1000's of resumes sitting on someones desk in BUR. I am guessing, but i am sure they figured "why send someone out there when we dont need any more pilot applicants?"

Still totally NOT cool for them to pull out this late in the game. Its really lame actually. Sorry to those that were looking forward to meeting with the Ameriflight people.

I'm going to let Doug post the full reasoning behind it once he's recovered and coherent again, but I'll just say that it was a political move and in my opinion was pretty weak. I was actually considering talking to them about the move from an RJ to flying out of OAK for them to be home more but after seeing how they respond to industry pressures I really have no desire to even consider that now.

Oh... and PFJ sucks.
