Does anyone have any experience with 709 ride? I don't and would like to keep it this way but would like to find out more about your experience.
At least you didn't cancel it at the gate, god forbid.and being reckless cause i cancelled my IFR in the air.
Just curious why a 135 op would have 8710's lying around......borrowed an 8710 for the person taking the 709 ride.
How could someone get 709'ed for slipping with flaps? It's not reccomended on most aircraft, but nowhere (atleast in Cessna's 150/172 POH) does it say slips with falps are prohibited.:dunno:only 2 or 3, they were never that bad.
First one was because i landed on a "closed" runway that wasnt really a runway. i think the other was because a CFI saw me do a slip with my flaps extended, also accused me of running the engine over-square, and being reckless cause i cancelled my IFR in the air.
