The Baron would be too expensive for a family mover. Two engines and retractible gears is going to eat you alive in the insurance premium and at the maintance shop. That is the beauty of the Cherokee 6, single engine and fixed gear = cheap to own.

I think it'd be ideal if you could afford it.

That GPS is a Garmin GNC 300XL TSO which is IFR. The database may not be updated, but it is an IFR GPS. No such thing as a GNC 330XL TSO GPS.

The GNC 300XL database is available at Jeppesen. They don't list the 300XL but it is listed with the 155XL's database.

No problem. It should be a helpful increase in the value of the aircraft and also correcting the ad would be good.
