For Sale Cherokee 6

Damn this is the kind of aircraft I am looking for. Oh well some day I'll find one at the right time!
 
Do the wheel fairings come with the aircraft? When was the OH? Is the GPS IFR?

Correction:

The main fairings are include but are not in great shape.
The OH was done about 5 yrs ago.
The GPS is not IFR

Might wanna let em' know how often it has flown since the OH was 5 years ago, any damage history, etc....

My old flying club has one. I didn't have enough hours to fly it, but they referred to it as "The Suburban."

The Baron would be too expensive for a family mover. Two engines and retractible gears is going to eat you alive in the insurance premium and at the maintance shop. That is the beauty of the Cherokee 6, single engine and fixed gear = cheap to own.
