Sry ackeight I should have clearified we stop ours at 720. Not really sure why, I know Simcom says 760 but its a company policy that our mech. seem to think is a good idea. So thats where I'm considering it temp out.

CK- Wow, should have thought about that a little more it would make sense at 220 the cabin altitude probably should not be at 7000

OMG it climbs like a dog at 720. I usually cruise around 700 degrees per the power charts. I've heard the NG's don't have the "restriction". Not sure if this is true or not.

I did not fly too much in November, but there are a few from this week also. Here you go!

There is nothing quite as manly as flying in a three foot wide, yellow plane (that has a mural of twetty bird on the side), with another man, during a beautiful sunset.

I just realized I have a few hours in that airplane from my PPL training and before, dating back to 2001 through 2005. Tweety used to be owned by Horizon Aviation at PVD. The panel looks newer; it wasn't gray before. I think it was tan/brown with the word "Relax" sribbled in pen under the attitude indicator. It was replaced around 2006 with N4900H, dubbed the "Chickenhawk:"

I'm always impressed by your panel and panel+outside view shots, what equipment/technique do you use to achieve those?

That's Tweety as I remember it. My last flight in it was in Feb. 2005; a dual cross-country from PVD to FIT and ORH. The window seal was bad and I was freezing; I had to stick my instructor's sectional in the bottom of the window and figure out how to put my heavy coat back on while he took the controls.

Your NW flightpath on V526 from Gipper VOR in South Bend put you just a hair south of my house in SW Mich. Close enough I that I might have seen you. I always look up when I hear aircraft, even if it is barely perceptible, and even if it is IFR (I know it's kinda pointless, but I can't help myself).

Joe,

The flash just makes the panel look clearer than it actually is. The panel is still identical to when you flew it. I use a Canon 400D and Sigma 10-20 lens. Nothing fancy.

Matt,

The avionics in that Meridian are so archaic it took me a full minute to find the ground speed! You must know how Doolittle felt on his first instrument flight!

Thanks for the comments,

Alex.

I'd post some flying pictures, but I haven't flown since September (haven't been paid to fly since July).
