I really didn't know him other than through the posts (and of course the avatar), but it really is hitting me hard. I am the exact same age, in the same position, same flight time, with a 1 year old daughter myself. It is making me really take pause. God bless his family.

Already used BillPay, wish I could do more- a check should be in the PO Box on the 29th.

It's really cool of you to put this together. Hopefully we can all pitch in to help out that little family. The hugs my 3 year son has giving me have meant so much more to me over the past few days. I still feel sick for Ben and his family. Also for those in Utah you can donate at UCCU in his name.
 
Sent what I could. Wish it could have been more. My heart will forever ache for those girls and their loss. Blue Skies Ben, we'll miss you more than you'll ever know.

She did. She, like most wives, at first thought it was silly or weird. When the time is Right I'm planning on informing her of the thread so she can see what many of his peers thought about it him. I don't feel that right now is the appropriate time, just my feeling, but soon.
 
When the time is right, she will be deeply touched by the outpouring of love, respect and admiration for Ben by not only friends, but strangers as well. Thank you, Joe. Hang in there.....
