As many of you may have heard there was an LOA going through the pipeline to extend the current FO pay scales at RAH. Currently we top out at 4th year pay. Management has denied the LOA which isn't too surprising. However their reasoning behind the denial was upsetting to say the least. Certain upper management has said that it was punishment for the union's press release pertaining to the punitive attendance/sick policy. Take this as you will but this just shows all RAH pilots how much upper management cares about our well being.
