Am I the only one who absolutely hates pilot uniforms?

Have you ever drank tap water in NYC? Any water that you have to wait to settle before drinking is not the most favorable!:D

Very true. When I was last in Norman, OK the tap water had a brown tinge to it and smelled like a fishy lake. Yech.

...On the hotel bus to the airport, there was an elderly gentleman in a nice tweed sport coat, looking like a grandfather on the way home from visiting the grandkids. Our crew had him pegged as a passenger. He stayed with our group as we headed for TSA, and right before we entered the line, in one fluid motion, the grandfather's jacket came off and went into his bag, his jacket and hat came out, and AA Captain Grandfather joined the line.
Why do I hear "Get Smart" after reading this one? That is even more bad ass since he is undercover.

You think chicks dig airline pilot unis, you should see them when you show up in Navy Trop whites with wings and ribbons on.
Mmmm I think Marine Dress blues rock any Navy whites. Sorry here we go with the Navy/MC rivalries.

I think the Navy "choker whites" and USMC dress blues are the best military uniforms, bar none.

It's embarassing how stupid the many iterations of the USAF service dress have been.

YOWZA!
Aviation Greens, leather jacket, and the fact that most folks don't realize it's organizational clothing... priceless.

(The navy has rules that if it is Organizational clothing (Flt suits, bdus, etc) it's not authorized for wear off base.)

Uniforms made out of polyester and short sleeve "dress" shirts are one thing that goes on the con list when I do the pros and cons of the aviation industry.
