Flew with a guy that did a stint in a now defunct md11/747 cargo operator the other day. 800+ hrs in a 747 and 37 landings - ratio sounds about right?

Yep. It's a job. I have 2 weeks off. It's not Moscow, and pays well. Upgrade in a year. I'm going to be investing in an airplane when my upgrade comes... probably next year.

I miss my Ho so much. The Pilatus is an objectively better airplane in nearly every respect, but dang is it not an enjoyable airplane to fly.

PA31 is a good, flying airplane...she requires some TLC, but I enjoyed my time both flying and instructing new hires in it. I miss the C90 I flew medevac in too...never fell in love with the BE99 to be honest though...
