Not a fan of academia, at least in it's current form. Mostly good people, but its a bad system.

I’m interested in what areas of academia you consider to have a “bad system”.

I’m not a big fan of professional masters in my field because they’re expensive and miss the huge value add of a rigorous thesis...but they’re not that common.
