Re: Internationally
Imagine if you will... taking off in a nice big first class seat. Upon reaching altitude you are fed a nice hot meal... maybe beef tips & gravy, lasagna, or if breakfast is in order then a nice omelet, with juice, milk, fresh fruit, yogurt, a hard-boiled egg, and even maybe a granola bar for later. Then, after you are all fed and relaxed, you walk over to a closet door and open it up. On the right there is a switch that expands your personal sleeping space. You lay down, relax, and sleep for a couple of hours. Upon descending through FL180, you wake up and reset the bed while you proceed back to your first class seat for landing. A complimentary water or juice is offered before you deplane.
Upon disembarking, you are escorted to the "lounge" area where there is free coffee, hot chocolate, wi-fi, a TV, and about 2 dozen recliners to relax in. If you'd like... there is even a "sleeping" room that you can relax for a few hours before work too.
This was my commute... every week... on UPS. DFW-ONT in the MD11. Man I miss it!
Those pilots definitely earned the cookies my wife baked every week for them!

Best Commute Ever.
