You know you're a CFI when...

Good one, moxie.
...in the course of one flight, your student does
-SVFR out of a class D field, then VFR in class G <1200 AGL through rain
-Climb to 11000' to get VFR on top to do maneuvers
-Instrument approach to circling minimums

...The new CFIs are on the ground, and you are using SVFR and Class G to get your lesson accomplished.

My favorite trick I used in the C182RG. I would go through all the maneuvers with them and save 8's on pylons for last. While they are staring out the left side, I reach over and pull the lannding gear cb. Catches them off guard EVERY time.

I also like to wait until a student is staring out the left window while in cruise and pull the throttle quickly. They dont expect it and you see their eyes shoot wide open.

...the best part about instrument students is the five seconds you get to fly while they put their hood on.

(this one's for you, SFCC...)
...you re-paint your car with spray cans.

...you ask 5 different questions and get the same answer...
"3-152!!!"
"Really? In class B?"

"...yeah... you know... at night."
/facepalm

...you know what all the bizarre, non-standard markings on the local Sectional/TAC are, yet always have your student look at the key for some of the normal stuff. For their sake, of course. ;)

A weekend day, you must pull some weight!
well, truth be told i try to take every sunday off as i typically bill 35/week (monday-saturday) and we have a policy where you can only work 14/15 days. the past 2 months i have been working 13 in a row with 1 day off and then repeat. trying my hardest to take this sunday off as well, but with the forcast for this week, it probably won't happen.
