EWR and JFK used to have a Czech A-310 that would hop the pond. Don't know if it is still doing the run but it makes that 757 look huge.

ok, what i wanna know is if the 757's have that middle crowding seat or did they refurb the coach section such that there's some room to move?

There is absolutely no difference in the back between the international 757s and how they were configured when they flew in the states. At least that is the scoop on the CAL side. At least as a nonrev you gan sometimes hang out in the galley.

I believe it's been happening for a while. Doesn't some other carrier operate 757's to PHNL from the US west coast?

US Airways West operates 757 ETOPS from PHX to HNL
