Who cares if the folks tasked to protect the country are doing drugs? As long as they stop thousands of people from boarding planes with bottled water, we are safe, and impregnable to terrorists. :banghead:

Good lord knows that pilots are so darned uptight that our profession can use a little "420" too.
 
If they were high, maybe they'd be more pleasant. I say make all TSA employees smoke weed before they go on duty.

I mean, it'd still take five of them standing around the monitor to figure out that something's a camera lens instead of a bomb, but at least we'd be treated to some stoner lingo. And then they might all get the munchies and leave us alone.
 
The real question...if we can't trust them to follow the rules now, how can we expect them to follow the rules with the privacy-invading full body scanners.

I can guarantee you there will be pictures on the internet within one week of those full body scanners being put into use.

I doubt it. If they do it right, the machines won't have any way to save the images, and they won't allow people to take cameras or cell phones into the room when they're working.

And even if they do leak the pictures, so what? You can't see the face of the person, and there are very few of us who can be identified by our private parts.
