Thank GOD I interviewed at a normal place that understands that after 6000 hours and 8+ years and a PRIA that comes back "as expected" they pretty much understand that yes, I had sims, I didn't log them because, well, it's stupid to and no one does, and who really cares because after well, 6000 hours and 8+ years of verifiable employment they know I had to have done sims for initial, upgrade, downgrade, re-upgrade, and a PC every 12 months to boot.
If I were a contract guy who collected type ratings and did recurrent on a contract basis I would probably have something in there however.
