XO Jet

Bump. I've got a tech interview on Tuesday. I've got a pretty good idea of what'll be brought up, but it never hurts to see if anyone has any newer information.
 
Everyone makes their own decisions in life but if I could do it all over again I never would have gone to XOJET and would have gone to a 121 instead. Good luck with the interview. Be sure to brush up on 135 alternate weather minimums.
 
can you elaborate as to why?
It seems most who leave XO are going to airlines.. do airlines guys/gals leave 121 for XO? Pay obviously is better long-term at a major, but are there some that choose 135 instead?

I sent you a PM. Fearing retribution from past coworkers. If that gives you an indication of how messed up that place was/is.

Edit: There were some former 121 guys. A few age 60 guys that left 121 for 135. And a few guys from Mesa.

Everyone at XO was trying to leave for a major/ southwest job.
