Below are some photos I took while completing my time-building xcs/intro to IFR. I flew out to Lake Havasu, Page, and Sedona. Some of the flights took me over the Grand Canyon.

I have about 4 hours left to finish the program. Then it's off to New Jersey, Guam, Australia, and Hawaii. If you're interested in seeing the rest of the pictures, I put them up on my website.

sick photos! how many hours did you log? i have to do some serious time building next week. that seems like a cool set of trips. i would love to go to page. go jump in lake powell. have a great month off and get some of those writtens done.

Nice pictures. I really miss flying into all those places. HII was always a nice trip and coming back from Page after dark at 12,000 over the side of the Canyon was always interesting.

For a REALLY interesting trip head up to Whiteriver (E24), which is just on the northern edge of the Jackal MOA. You can head up V190 to St. Johns and then just south of Show Low make the turn down the canyon to Whiteriver.

Check your performance before you go (I wouldn't do it in a single engine airplane) but it is certainly an eye opener.

I think I have about 80.6 hours. I would do the IWA-PGA-SEZ-IWA again in a heartbeat. Landing at Sedona is amazing. VGT was pretty cool too. Because of the whole sunset rule it can be hard to go out and back to LGB, RAL, or VGT and have some time to mess around when you get there.
