I actually never really thought of that, but this is the same logic that I use for firefighters. Why should firefighters get everything that they get, when in reality, going in to fires, burning buildings etc. is the job in which they signed on to do, fully knowing what can happen. In fact, that is the reason that many become firefighters because they love that adrenaline rush they get when they work (plus, most of the pay doesnt hurt either). It's a pretty screwy system when you think about it (IMHO)
