Work Experience Question

Hey everyone,



Quick question. Just wondering if anyone knows how the FAA views temporary/on call work stuff. Reason I ask is because I've been employed at a place for over a year and a half an it would greatly enhace my work experience requirement. The only problem is I didn't really work the whole time there. I was just on call. But my name has been in the employee data base for quite some time now. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Just looking for ways to enchace my application. Thanks in advance.

It has to be full-time work, so if you were full-time you can use it. But you can still list it on the application I believe
