As she should have. Racial discrimination? Hah.

Discrimination based on size? Sure. But that's legal. If your girth requires two seats, it's totally legal for the airline to charge you for both of them. Southwest has been doing this for years and as far as I know, no legal challenges against them have succeeded.

What would have been funny is if some of the jury members were black. I don't know if they were or were not. What, are they prejudiced against themselves?
