Woman claims Southwest Airlines worker discriminated against her (another Fattie)

I only went back to page five on this thread so I don't know if it's been discussed already but the woman lost the lawsuit.

As she should have. Racial discrimination? Hah.

Discrimination based on size? Sure. But that's legal. If your girth requires two seats, it's totally legal for the airline to charge you for both of them. Southwest has been doing this for years and as far as I know, no legal challenges against them have succeeded.

AND she acccused the jury of discriminating against her on the grounds of race. Playing the same card twice in a row!

What would have been funny is if some of the jury members were black. I don't know if they were or were not. What, are they prejudiced against themselves?

Sometimes Tony, it sickens me how outwardly racist you are
