Marino, Worrall, and Hazzard need to be gone yesterday. Morgado is worthless. There needs to be some serious committee cleaning- particularly strategic planning and the NC.

I was trying to figure out how to compile everything, but hot damn, this has been an amazing 24 hours in terms of the level of openness and communication. Granted, it was "forced" and we had to go activist about it, but I think we've just seen the future.

Hey Guys,
Appreciate the props, but the real kudos go to the guys who showed up at their own expense and sat through the whole thing.
If I may be so bold, I'd take it easy on MD. Just a guy caught up in an unfortunate situation. We've all been there.

Like I've said before MD is a good friend of mine and it pains me to see what happened to during his tenure.
The lesson I learned, which is especially relevant now as captain, is that you have to expand your team but you also have to be responsible for understanding that some elements of your expanded team may not have your best interests at heart, like the "shadow MEC".
It's a lot like letting dispatch talk you into flying into a storm because, from the comforts of their office chair, it should clear out.
ATC issuing you a rotten vector for an approach presuming you're going to see the airport in time enough to rectify your path and that the plane can actually do it.
A realtor talking you into buying a house you can't afford, recommending against a home inspection and signing into loan terms that are untenable.
Mike is a great leader but failed to clean house and straighten up his office before negotiations started.
Until we clean our own house of the dusty old factions of "seagulls", people solely interested in glad-handing and retaining power in order to look good for management or national jobs, it will be more of the same.
I'm day drinking so none of the above probably makes sense and I don't feel like proofreading.
