Winter location

I am planning on enrolling at ATP this winter, probably December, and will need to pick a location in Texas as I'm from Austin. Wondering if anyone has any input between KGKY and KDWH for the winter. I imagine Houston will be warmer on average. I'd like to go to whichever one may have a free housing offer at the time.
 
Another vote for GKY. I had a few cold-weather delays at the end of December ('08), but the flying environment is great. Also, GKY is a maintenance base. DWH isn't.
 
I dont think ATP does the free housing any more at any location. I could be wrong... havent been to the site in forever but thats what I heard from a few CP's from there
