Flew this morning and touched down about a half hour before a major storm popped up over the field. So we're sitting in a cafe (that's vibrating due to constant lightning strikes around the airport) near the arrival end of 35R witnessing these types of conditions...

[/FONT]... when all of a sudden a lone 172 comes puttering in, wing struggling to fight the crosswind. Couldn't see him touch down because the visibility only lasted about 1000 feet.

And yes, it was a near 90-degree crosswind ... and 34kts seems about right judging by the swinging traffic lights.
