Why no calls to interview? Is it my speeding tickets?

I don't think it's your tickets with the way regionals are hurting for pilots right now. Maybe it's your quals? With the 1000 TPIC they may see you as someone who will jump ship as soon as a major calls you. They seem to be taking a lot of fresh-faced ATP mins guys over guys with 1000 TPIC these days.
 
Personally, I would only disclose things that are actually ON the record. In Iowa and North Dakota for example, if you're under 10 over, you're in the clear. It exists on paper only and gets tossed when you pay the fine. Or used to be at least.

I'm not talking about for entire industry, but the last class at skyw that I had information on, all new hires but one had TPIC or jet time. Ymmv

Plus skyw has been known for showing the love to freight dogs.
 
In an FAA study of over 4000 pilots, one of the traits discovered in pilots prone to having accidents was a "very high correlation between accidents on their flying records and safety violations on their driving records."

I was thinking you may have missed an application window or something. They don't seem to need as many pilots as the other carriers need at this point in time.

Sorry, had to. But as I may have let slip here earlier, I interviewed there, and was hired. I elected not to take the class date due to being a spendthrift who's unable to take the (huge) paycut indefinitely. But it sounds like they're ramping up hiring again, and AFAICT, the only way to play in the 121 pool is to play in the 121 kiddie-pool first. With your times, you'd certainly be able to take upgrade as soon as you could hold it. The guys I know and/or have talked to do not hate it any more than the guy I know at SkyWest (although one suspects that their expectations may be a bit lower)

I'm neither endorsing nor declaiming this route, btw, just throwing it out there.

Also: Slow down, leadfoot.

You definitely need to slow down. As another poster said, I think the recency of the tickets may be an issue but should not be a career ender at all; just give it time. People can and will excuse youthful indiscretion, but a pattern is another story. That said, a former CFI at my school was hired by a reputable regional for doing something that should have been a a career ender in any field, so a few tickets is nothing to fret over. On another hand, the Air Force would make you a fighter pilot! There were two people at our school who applied for a flight slots. One did exceptionally well on all his tests and his grades were impeccable. The other had fairly good grades, but a laundry list of traffic violations. Guess who they took? That's right, the latter. It seems they are looking for people not afraid to fight their way out of a sticky situation.

If it were me, speeding tickets would be a "Meh" level yellow flag, accidents (particularly those for which you were found to be at fault) would be a "Oh hellz no" red flag. But that's probably why I'm not in charge of hiring anyone. BTW, I haven't had a speeding ticket for ~10 years, and don't expect one anytime soon. Although I will "confess" with false modesty that my last one was for 130 (and accelerating) in a 55. Long story. But I was Young, then.
