Why AMF needs metro drivers

Yeah, only one AMF guy in the current Allegiant class. He had 3 internal recs. There are only 5 AMF guys here (myself included) that come from the "new" generation at AMF. Two from the 99, 1 from the Metro and two Brasilia.

For what it's worth, I wouldn't expect them to hire from the single pilot ranks without several internal letters.

I've run into a few former AMF'ers, but they are from 10+ years back.
