I know of a Brasilia pilot out of DFW recently.

The people in BM class are all furloughed ABX US air, ect.... There are a few Lakes people in his class from what he has told me. No other AMF people from what I have been told. There have been a few leave in the last few months.

Do they ever hire metro people off the street? Do you have to have a PIC type rating? I have 400 metro SIC...

Yes they do(Mikecweb). He didn't have a type in it, but did have gobs of experience in a lear/freight.

So is Amf hiring currently? Phx? I left in 2006 and have a good buddy who has a lot of pic1900 time who needs a job and is total Amf material. Who is the current hiring point of contact? THX!!

I know a certain guy over there who will probably do your type ride. Be afraid, be verrrrry afraid.

Is now but he didn't do my ATP/Type. Mine was MB in BFI, awesome guy btw.

I did my metro ride wih MB, I had been told it might take 2 days to do the ride! Mine was over in 3 hours. He was a blast to fly with! My 6 month rides with MM are longer. I must say everyone that I have come across at AMF are awesome people and a blast to fly with!

MP's the man. He did my Chieftain checkride, and my Beech 99 training/checkride. Also a great friend, wonderful guy to fly with and hang out with.
