Who operates Terminal A at Newark Liberty International Airport?

I am currently looking for airport management jobs to work at after I graduate from college. I just have a question on who actually operates Terminal A at Newark Airport.

I know that the Port Authority operates Newark and I think United Airlines operates Terminal A. However, I just learned that AvPorts, a private airport management company, operates Terminal A at Newark.

I'm just confused that if I wanted to work specifically at Terminal A at Newark Airport in airport operations or management, I am confused on which company to contact. Should I contact Port Authority, United Airlines, or AvPorts?

Anyone familiar with who exactly operates Terminal A at Newark Airport?
 
My experience has been no one really runs it. Its a disaster area when ever weather moves in to the NYC area.

Sorry Expressjet bubba's you can have that abortion of an operation over there. I'll stay nice and warm with Mainline, us and CommutAir on the C gates.
 
Apply to both. Seems like you're being very specific. I'd always recommend you work for the Authority - government employment is typically a far better option.

BTW - I work in airport management for TPA

Thanks for the advice. I am looking for airport management/operation jobs everywhere. JFK, Newark, heck even Morristown Airport in NJ. I also am student chapter president of the AAAE at my college and I also am thinking of getting a C.M. (Certified Member) AAAE accreditation after I graduate from college. Planning to graduate in May.
 
You might also check out ACI ... we probably rely a bit more heavily upon them, particularly in my area of guest/pax data and analysis. I think they're headquarters are up in Montreal - not sure how far that is from you, but I have some contacts there.
