Which one do I pick?

I have offers from CommutAir and Gojet. I have heard good things about both places, but I though I should ask fellow Jet Careers peeps!
Go Jet: Now has $7000 sign on bonus, less than a 1-2 months on reserve, plus I have heard rumors of 400% pay for picking up shift.

CommutAir: $2000 sign on bonus, not sure about reserve time, flow through with United as long as you pass the interview and assessment test, also unsure If there extra pay increase for pick up shift.

Both airlines have nice commuter policy.
Just wanted to get some info, any help would be great. Thanks

CommutAir. Good god, why are you seriously considering GoJet or CommutAir? CommutAir is the obvious choice. I could understand if you were like, "CommutAir or Piedmont?" Or, "CommjtAir or Endeavor?" Etc... But GoJet? Nothing against them personally but there is so much negative stuff out there about them that I can't imagine why anyone would consider them. Their pay isn't even that competitive any more.

Why only those two? Piedmont just upped their pay into the 50s and Trans States and would be better than GoJet. I think Compass does the same commuting policy as CommutAir.

Second rule of Airline management: If their lips are moving, they're lying to you.
PILOT SELECTION TOLD ME THAT I WOULD FLY 90 HOURS A MONTH, NOT BE ON RESERVE AND UPGRADE IN 18 MONTHS

"Sorry, why are you on the phone with me again?"

I can't speak for CommutAir, but if you're referring to company-provided hotels, Compass allots four nights a month which can be used in any domicile.

I currently work for commutair.. My personal experience may differ slightly as things are changing rapidly for the good. United has party bought in to our company . Im on the dash side and it took me 17 months from 0 121 time to captain . I spent 1 month on reserve . We do have a good pilot group and if you have the time pilots are being offered upgrade right out of initial ground school . Please PM me if you our anyone has any questions .
