I just watched a J-3 Cub, Tigermoth, Citabria, a Yak and some sort of nutty turbine home built all land and depart. Where oh where am I?

Are you kidding? There are TONS of different kinds of planes down there at Van Nuys! Same with Fox field out in Lancaster.

Anyway, the GV's and Falcons go into Burbank. Van Nuys DOES get those little Slowtations :)

Santa Paula is my guess too. Sounds like Hal was flying the Yak, David was in his Tiger moth, and CP was doing some tail wheel instruction. And the masons (who Knows if it was Sammy, or Rowena) were in the Cub.

Dude, There is 3 Global Expresses, a G4, a G5, a G550, I could go on and on, but they are right across the ramp from me RIGHT NOW. But yes, we do get our fair share of striaght wing Citations.
