Yeah, those figures are completely unrealistic. Most of us already have a car and internet access. if you've made it this far in your life without computer or DVD player, chances are that the baby won't increse your need for these items.
Baby sitter? well, remember TheWife, not all of us are surrounded by family all of the time. My nearest family is 250 miles away and most of my family are in California. That's probably the most accurate part of the article. Babysitting can kill you....but it's not always a bad thing. when you have a 13 years old and an 8 year old, you just make the 13 year old babysit the 8-year old!!
