Wheel Bogies

N519AT

Ahh! This is how I change this!
Recently, I have been wondering a lot about the wheel bogies on different airplanes. I was wondering if the factory such as Boeing and Airbus intend for the wheel bogies to tilt the way they do, or do they just find out which way they decide to tilt when they attach them to the fusealage? Thanks...Some photos just to give you a idea at what I am lookin at if you are confused...Maybe Doug can help on this one

I have no idea. But the 767 bogies has always seemed odd, the bogies on the 747 seem more like it. Or better yet the A330.

I totally agree, I personally like the bogies on the 75, even though they dont have much of a tilt angle, they sure do make for a soft touchdown...
