I would call the airman certification branch in OKC, they may be able to help. It seems like it fell through the cracks.

Eh, yeah, I know I had to do that with my last certificate. I've got too much other stuff to deal with, and I've still got two more months left with the temp, so I'm ok at the moment. Trust me, I'll make sure I get the cert taken care of, lol.
