I should be pretty honest, the training that I received thus far has not been the best. I have my comm/ifr right now and currently doing my multi-add on. I consider myself a very good pilot, I just do not feel that my knowledge is as good as it should be. I plan on attending the CFI program at ATP and have alotted myself 6 months to study, refresh, and become as knowledgable as possible before I go. I know the CFI progam is nothing to play around with and you should be ready to take your rides before you even show up.
What I would like to do, is find out from all of you what I should use to bring myself up to snuff on everything from private to ifr to comm. I have the king dvd's and some other books. I just want to take everything that I need to study, set them on a table and say "ok, Ryan, go nuts." I do not want to take bits and pieces from a million different books. I want to know exactly what I need to prepare and be ready.
Thanks
Ryan
