I finally stopped going to Anet after years of posting there. It had gotten to be a pretty unruly place. The final straw was when I tried to reply to a thread and realized I couldn't because I refused to pay Johan's small fee to be a member.

This one, and I lurk on flightinfo.com. Used to post a little on v1rotate.com, but not a real big fan of that site anymore...Jetcareers is far superior!

Also, dropzone.com (skydiving).

P.S.- C-Kid, is that you in front of the Merlin?

Yeah my mom used to fly a IIIC, that's a Merlin 300, I think it was either a conversion or a factory built aircraft with wingtips and the -10 engines. It's an old photo tho, my mom took it two summers ago.

Those are the noisy Garretts, right?

I've never been in one, but I've always liked the look of the Merlins...almost had an oppourtunity to fly as SIC in one, but somebody with a little more time beat me to the punch.

Definition of MU2 - a device which turns jet fuel in to noise.

I'm a member on so many forums that I can't even think of them all. But most of them pertain to aviation, computers, and cars.

C Kid, I know I'm getting on in years and can't see as well as I use to be able to.

That being said, I have a question. I see in the pic of you in front of the merlin that the pants you are wearing don't go the the "full length " but are short like the ones worn by most female type people.

Have we been "assuming " that you are male when actually you are not?

Just courious.

They're called capris and if C kid likes wearing womens clothing that's his choice to make.
Who are we to judge.

Hi Guy

I think you're avoiding the question regarding your gender. Guy certainly sounds like a male name, but if you'd just be straight forward in your responses it would make things a lot easier.

Just playin wit' ya man.
