I use the Aviation Week AIM/FAR . It's got lots of resources in the book, and it's cheap!!

I use the Jepp- I like the layout better (easier to read)...though the ASA one is smaller and a little more compact.

I use ASA right now 'cause it was what was available when I needed one, but I was always fond of the Jepp...

Along these lines, how do y'all check to see what you have is actually current. Sure, major changes will likely be something you are aware of, but since the FARs are constantly updated, how do you make sure your current by year is not incorrect because of changes since the printing?

The Aviation Week edition has a URL right on the inside cover of the book that you can access to get changes and updates.

I've been a Sammy Hagar fan since the seventies. . . As a matter of fact I sang the Hagar stuff with a Montrose cover band for a while.
He is my Rock and Roll Hero
