What does TSMPI mean?

Time Since Major Phase Inspection? Probably for something that has engines that last a long time, but have to be inspected at a certain interval.
 
Probably a Garrett/Honeywell powered aircraft, right?

MPI is Mid Point Inspection. You may also see reference to CZI or Compressor Zone Inspection. Both are major engine inspections.
