What does this mean? "initial" rating

I have a private SEL and instrument rating...

On ariben's website,

100hrs + Multi rating + initial Commercial (27 hrs dual)

so do i get my multi add on first then get commercial license? what does it mean when they say "initial"? so then after this training I would still need to get a Commercial SEL add on, right?
