Is it time to remove the snow tires and tiny 14" black generic steel wheels and put the performance tires on? :D:rawk: ......or should I expect more snow? I should realize that if I do this, it WILL SNOW hard.

(I do deeply apologize in advance for starting another car thread :banghead:)

what do you think of Potenza G 009's? since we are talking about handling performance, my T/A's are gone
 
The RE070's are nice, but when they are strapped to a 300 HP AWD car it makes them oh so much nicer :)
 
Switch them out! Then call me and we'll go drive like ass holes! :nana2:

I'd kill to have summer/snow tires. Even on this old lady car. My buddies olds cutlass back home grips pretty hard running on brigestone potenzas. Still rolls like no tommorrow though. haha He's the only one I've actually see go through with trying to get more performance out of a friggen cutlass. He doesn't even have the badass 3300 like I do. :insane:
 
Quit being a sissy, Jace. If I ride my road bike w/ performance slicks on ice, you can definitely drive your performace car tires on water. :p :D

SERIOUSLY??? On my road bike?? Once! That was that night right by Suite 49
when you didn't even drive your car 'cause it was too bad to drive but I still rode! I fell on my ass and took it like a man. :p :D
The other ocassion doesn't count because I didn't fall. The bike slipped away from me and I landed on my feet. :p :p

Oh that one time when your bike lock shoved into the front wheel spokes, locked up the front wheel, and a nice forward flip begins...... I can't believe you didn't get any more hurt than you were.

haha yeah it's a big oxymoron, but it comes stock on the Civic Si. Performance tires on a Civic EX is even more strange.

160HP engine + stiffer factory suspension + stiff front/rear sway bar + light weight car = pretty decent performance for a front-wheel drive econo-box :D

But I invite some of you to drive it, it handles pretty well and screams quickly through it's 8,250 RPM redline :rawk:...AngelFuree and UAL747 has taken it out for a spin a few times :D
